Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Our Parent’s Place website and senior care placement funnel located at ourparentsplace.com and missionviejo.ourparentsplace.com (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Your Digital Growth Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site, submitting an inquiry form, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text message, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
1. About Our Service
Our Parent’s Place is a free senior care placement and referral service. We help families in Orange County, California identify and connect with boutique 6-bed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) that may be a suitable match for their loved one’s care needs.
Our service is provided at no cost to families. We are compensated by residential care communities only when a successful placement is made. This compensation arrangement does not influence the quality or honesty of our guidance.
We are not a residential care facility, a medical provider, a licensed healthcare organization, or a licensed social worker. We are a referral and advisory service operated by a team with extensive personal and professional experience in the senior care industry.
2. Eligibility
By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to seek senior care placement guidance on behalf of yourself or your loved one
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
3. No Medical or Legal Advice
Our Parent’s Place does not provide medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional healthcare recommendations of any kind. Nothing on our Site or communicated by our team should be construed as:
• A medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation
• A legal opinion or legal representation
• A financial or investment recommendation
• A guarantee of the quality, safety, or suitability of any residential care community
All information provided by our team is for general informational and referral purposes only. You should always consult qualified medical, legal, and financial professionals before making decisions about senior care placement.
4. Nature of Our Referral Service
4.1 We Are a Referral Service
Our Parent’s Place connects families with residential care communities. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any residential care facility. We are not responsible for the day-to-day operations, staffing, care quality, or safety practices of any community we refer families to.
4.2 No Guarantee of Placement
We do not guarantee that we will be able to identify a suitable residential care home for every family, or that any specific community will accept your loved one. Placement decisions are made by the residential care community at their sole discretion.
4.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes
We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality of care, resident outcomes, safety records, staffing levels, or any other operational characteristic of any residential care community we refer families to. Families are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, including visiting facilities, speaking with staff, and reviewing state licensing records before making any placement decision.
4.4 Compensation Structure
Our service is free to families. We are compensated by residential care communities when a successful placement is made, typically in the form of the first month’s rent or a similar referral fee paid directly by the community. This compensation is paid by the community, never by the family. Our compensation arrangement is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and in this section for full transparency.
4.5 Approved Communities
When we describe a community as approved or vetted, we mean that we have conducted basic due diligence to our satisfaction, which may include verifying state licensure, reviewing available public records, and conducting a personal assessment. This does not constitute a professional inspection, certification, or endorsement. Our Parent’s Place does not independently certify, inspect, or guarantee the quality of any residential care community.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information about your loved one’s care needs, health status, budget, and timeline
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner to facilitate the placement process
• Conduct your own due diligence before selecting any residential care community, including facility visits, staff interviews, and review of state licensing and inspection records
• Notify us promptly if your loved one’s needs, circumstances, or decisions change
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us, our team, or any residential care community
6. Communications
By submitting an inquiry form and providing your contact information, you consent to being contacted by Our Parent’s Place by phone, text message, and email regarding your senior care placement inquiry. You may opt out of further contact at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us at pete@ourparentsplace.com.
Message and data rates may apply to text message communications. We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and funnel design, is the property of Your Digital Growth Team or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR DIGITAL GROWTH TEAM, OUR PARENT’S PLACE, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
• Your use of or inability to use our Site or services
• Any placement or referral we make on your behalf
• The quality, safety, or suitability of any residential care community
• Any actions or omissions of any residential care community
• Any reliance on information provided on our Site or by our team
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Digital Growth Team, Our Parent’s Place, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
12. Privacy
Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy is available at ourparentsplace.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Digital Growth Team regarding your use of our Site and services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and us regarding the subject matter herein.
