This Privacy Policy describes how Our Parent’s Place (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Your Digital Growth Team, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information submitted through our senior care placement funnel at missionviejo.ourparentsplace.com and any related pages under the ourparentsplace.com domain (collectively, the “Site”).
1. Who We Are
Our Parent’s Place is a free senior care placement and referral service operated by Your Digital Growth Team, a California-based business. We help families in Orange County, CA find boutique 6-bed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs). Our service is completely free to families. We are compensated by residential care communities only when a successful placement is made.
We are not a residential care facility, a medical provider, or a licensed healthcare organization. We are a referral and advisory service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you complete our placement inquiry form, we collect the following personal information:
• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Relationship to the person needing care (e.g., son, daughter, spouse)
• Age of your loved one
• Type of care needed (e.g., assisted living, memory care, residential care home)
• Approximate monthly budget
• Timeline for care placement
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
• IP address and approximate geographic location

We will never use your personal information for purposes that are inconsistent with what is described in this Privacy Policy.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 With Residential Care Homes
When we identify a residential care home that we believe is a strong match for your loved one’s needs, we will share your relevant contact information and care requirements with that specific community for the purpose of facilitating a placement. We share only the information necessary to initiate contact and evaluate fit. We do not share your information with care homes speculatively or in bulk.
4.2 With Service Providers
We use the following third-party service providers who may process your personal information on our behalf. Each provider is contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services for us and not for their own purposes:

4.3 We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We share your information only as described in this Privacy Policy, specifically with residential care communities for the purpose of facilitating a placement match as described in Section 4.1 above, and with our service providers as described in Section 4.2. Your information is never shared for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to your senior care placement request.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
5.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our Site. They help us and our third-party partners understand how visitors use our Site and improve your experience.
5.2 Types of Cookies We Use

7. Data Retention

• Active email and SMS subscribers: For as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or reply STOP, we will remove you from active marketing communications within 10 business days.
• Families who submitted an inquiry but did not subscribe to ongoing communications: Up to 2 years from the date of submission, which covers the typical senior care decision cycle.
• Successfully placed families: Up to 5 years for business and legal record-keeping purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time as described in Section 9 below.
8. Communications Consent
8.1 Required Contact Consent
By submitting our placement inquiry form and checking the required consent checkbox, you agree that Our Parent’s Place may contact you by phone, text message, or email to discuss your senior care placement needs. You may opt out of further contact at any time by emailing pete@ourparentsplace.com or replying STOP to any text message.
8.2 Optional Marketing Consent
If you check the optional second checkbox on our inquiry form, you also consent to receive ongoing senior care resources, tips, and helpful information by email and SMS. This consent is optional and is not required to use our free placement service. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us at pete@ourparentsplace.com.
8.3 TCPA Compliance
By providing your phone number and checking the required consent checkbox, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Our Parent’s Place at the number provided, including through the use of automated dialing technology and pre-recorded messages where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of receiving our free placement services. Message and data rates may apply.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
9.1 Right to Know
You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.
9.2 Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your information promptly and without question, subject only to legal exceptions such as ongoing legal obligations.
9.3 Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
9.4 Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information for commercial purposes. This right is therefore automatically satisfied.
9.5 Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Exercising these rights will have no effect on the quality or availability of our free placement service.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. 12. California Privacy Rights (CalOPPA)
Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), we are required to disclose how we respond to Do Not Track signals. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers. We will update this policy if our practices change.
California residents may request a list of all third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Since we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, this provision does not apply to us currently.
